Cancellation Policy

I appreciate that sometimes life gets in the way so I try to be as flexible as I can. Treatments are only available in the salon every Thursday, therefore to respect your time and mine I require as much notice as possible should you need to cancel or reschedule. ​

Should you wish to cancel OR reschedule an appointment, 48 hours notice must be given.

If you give less than 48 hours notice = 100% of the treatment price is charged. 

If you give more than 48 hours notice = no charge.

If you have purchased a block of time and give less than 48 hours notice, the time you have booked in for will be forfeited.
